Class Name Pull Kanban Systems Description Explore the process of designing and implementing Pull Systems/Kanban through classroom instruction and hands-on production simulation. Pull controls the flow or resources in a production process by replacing only what has been consumed, and employs customer order-driven production schedules based on actual demand and consumption rather than forecasting. Prerequisite: So that participants will receive the maximum benefit from this training, we strongly recommend completion of "Lean6 101: An Introduction to Lean Manufacturing" prior to taking this course.
