This 5S Workplace Organization “Train & Do” course  consists of 3 Days of  training: One day at the Center for Business Excellence in Wyomissing and two days of ”doing” at a host company.  Learn to reduce waste through a systematic application of the 5S System – Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.  This workshop teaches the basic 5S techniques presented through a simulation that resembles an actual shop floor, using a production line with assembly areas, tools, inventory, and workers.  Two days of hands-on training at a host facility immediately follows the classroom session.

Cost: $900/person, $750/person for 3 or more employees

Also, MRC must be notified two weeks in advance of this event if you need to cancel, otherwise we can only grant a credit to another MRC event. Presenters give us cancellation deadlines also, otherwise we forfeit fees, as well. Remember, you can also send a substitute.
