In this Lean Leadership workshop, each participant’s method of processing information will be analyzed through an IOPT Survey. The IOPT Survey identifies the individual’s inclined method of processing information and subsequent behavioral patterns when acting on information. Participants will use these profiles to evaluate their leadership styles, develop action plans for personal development, and to improve their ability to facilitate teams.

Payment & Cancellation Policy: Payment fee(s) must be received prior to the day of the course. MRC must be notified of cancellations two (2) weeks in advance in order for you to be eligible for a refund, otherwise a credit toward any other future course will be issued. Persons who do not show and give no notice will not be eligible for a credit. Attendance substitutions are welcome. Thank you!
