Standard Work – True standard work allows for both consistency and creativity.  Standard work creates stabillity in both cyclical (routine activities and non-cyclical (activities occurring at infrequent times).  This course teaches participants how to eliminate variations due to the 4M’s (machine, methods, materials and man) and how to foster continuous improvement.  These concepts will be applied through interactive group discussions and applications.
