You could be eligible to have 60-100% of your training costs
financed through PA State Customized Job Training (CJT) and
WEDnet Grants Program. This funding is for entry-level
and technical related training, as well as upgrading and retention
training of full-time employees in production related positions who earn at least 150% of the minimum wage, excluding benefits
and are PA residents. Training can include both in-house training
and external third-party training. The company may select the
training provider.
Specifically, the two primary programs available
to support the education and training of new hires and incumbent
full-time
workers are Planning and Financial Assistance Programs. For
