STRATEGIC CUSTOMIZED JOB TRAINING GRANTS:
This program is limited to advance training activities beyond the basic skills covered in WEDnet funding. The training needs to create new jobs or upgrade existing jobs for which trainees will receive an increase in pay as a result of the training. CJT grants can range from $25,000 to over $150,000 with funding requested on a 75/25 split with the 25% company match in cash. Training projects are awarded for a period of three years.
