
The Manufacturers Resource Center, a non-profit affiliate
of Lehigh University, is a nationally recognized leader in manufacturing
assistance that helps raise the economic level of our communities
by creating high-impact, cost competitive manufacturers. MRC
is a non-profit corporation that provides strategic business
consulting assistance and identifies resource options to help
manufacturers develop strategies to grow their business. Business
growth is enhanced through innovation and product development
that can lead to increased sales and profits, or Lean Manufacturing
and Six Sigma principles to reduce wasted space, time and costs
to the absolute minimum.
The primary customers of MRC are small to mid-size manufacturers
who are committed to changing their operations to become more

Lean and agile, and to invest in their human capital. The MRC
