THE LEAN ASSESSMENT HAS THREE
OBJECTIVES:
1. To enable a company to take inventory of what Lean Enterprise
best practices are currently utilized on their shop floor and
in their office and to identify how prevalent these practices
are found throughout the company.
2. To provide the company
with an awareness of the Lean Enterprise best practices that
are on the shop floor or in the office, but are not prevalently
applied and, hence, should be considered for implementation.
3. To identify management’s
knowledge of Lean and their willingness to implement and
support a program within their company.
TOPICS COVERED IN THE LEAN

Prior to delivery of the Lean Assessment we will provide
a Lean Executive Overview to the participants in order
