I OPT® SURVEY - AN ORGANIZATIONAL ENGINEERING TOOL THAT…
	Measures the information processing strategy a person uses to navigate life.
	Addresses group behavior and focuses on optimizing the relationship between people.
	Is fully validated and meets eight-validation dimensions as well as reliability.
	Is judgmentally neutral.
	Is used in all industries, from manufacturing plants to local, state and federal agencies, unions, and entrepreneurial startups.

The “I OPT” technology offers a variety of different analysis and provides multi-page reports. The following reports require the completion of a 24-question Survey which should take less than 10 minutes:
	Individual Analysis – An 8 to 10 page assessment of the information processing preferences of a person.
	Two Person Analysis – A 12 to 14 page assessment of the interaction characteristics of two people.
	Team Analysis – A 25 to 35 page assessment of a group considered as a single entity.
	Leader Analysis – A 20 to 30 page assessment of a group considered from the perspective of the leader.
	Individual Sales Report – A report that identifies an individual’s sales style. Methods of aligning your style with those of customers who use different styles.
	Individual Learning Report – This report identifies your learning style along learning dimensions such as test taking, stress, procrastination, etc. Methods of handling frustration, working with other learners and generally managing the learning experience are outlined.
