MRC transforms supervisors into leaders through a series of classroom and hands-on modules that cover 10 key supervisory skills.

Supervisor Bootcamp | Leadership Fundamentals, a five half-day development program, teaches practical, relevant, and easy-to-apply skills for all levels of supervisors. Participants are held accountable for their learning and challenged to apply each topic in their own workplace. Regardless of job title or position, participants are equipped with a repertoire of fundamental leadership skills to effectively lead others.

As an accomplished professional with over 15 years of dedicated experience in Organizational Development, Janelle excels in guiding individuals and teams toward achieving their personal and business objectives, leveraging her expertise in leadership and talent development. She has earned a reputation as a trusted partner, coach, and facilitator, fostering growth and success for both colleagues and clients alike. 

Janelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Albright College, and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management & Learning and Performance Management from Moravian University.
