CYBER SECURITY:   What to have in case a bad guy gets in

You’ve tweaked all your best practices.  You have a well thought out, well managed and modern Cyber-Threat Strategy but a bad guy still got in and brought down your system, extorted you for ransom or stole some sensitive client information.  This workshop will review a list of items you need to have in place in advance to protect your production, your work product, your time and your money.   Attendees will take away that if all else fails and a bad guy gets in and causes a breach, it doesn’t mean there has to be harm, interruption, or major cost to your business.

Properly protecting your organization looks different than you might think.  Cyber Security is not a Computer Problem.  Cyber Security is a human problem.

Having Cyber Security is not a binary choice.   It is a very custom process.  Not all organizations face the same threats.  This presentation will cover:

  • Learning and understanding the myth’s, misconceptions and realities of where an organization’s true threats lurk will be covered in this series.
  • How not to invest in protections you don’t need and focus on where the real exposures are for your organization will be noted.
  • How each organization’s threat assessment differs based the business they are in and their business strategies, brand and culture.

Why you should attend:

Many organizations think they are protected and they are not.   Many organizations are overly invested in low risk areas and under protected in high risk areas.  Attendees will learn a process to find their Cyber-Security Value Sweet-Spot

Target Audience: CEO’s, CFO’s, COO’s, Office Managers, IT Directors, Sales Directors, Production Managers, Finance Managers, CAD/CNC and IOT Directors, Physical Security & Building Access Managers
