Does your company have a data driven problem-solving methodology? Does your company have difficulty solving problems? Do these problems keep popping up after being “fixed”? Are you unsure if Six Sigma is the solution? If you answered YES to any of these issues, then this HANDS-ON Six Sigma workshop MRC developed in association with ASQ is just for you.
This full-day session will review the Six Sigma problem-solving methodology, and you will be introduced to the tools and real-world project problem-solving examples utilizing the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) process. Next, we will move on to several hands-on exercises with the objective of providing participants with some practical and fun applications using Six Sigma problem solving tools and techniques. Prior to attending the class, we will provide the information you need to load a free, trial version of Minitab to your laptop so you can bring it to class for practical application the day of the workshop.
Lessons and key learnings will be shared based on the instructor’s participation and 20+ years of Six Sigma experience with 5 major deployments at $1B+ companies and 40+ companies ranging from 5 person to thousands of employee operations at single site and multiple locations.
Cost: $300/person or $250/person if 3 or more
