In this period of heightened uncertainty, a perceived lack of control and the spread of misinformation can trigger negative employee behavior and increase the risk of bias and racism in the workplace.  This training will address change management insights and best practices for leaders to employ during today’s crisis and beyond.  We will discuss the impact of COVID-19 in the workplace and how to manage the risk of disruption.  In addition, you will learn the techniques needed to be an inclusive leader and how to create a culture of belonging where everyone can thrive.

    • Learn how to navigate a pandemic and a social justice movement in the workplace
    • Understand how employees experience change in a crisis and how to actively coach to pull them out of the “valley of despair”
    • Learn about the “Change Adoption Curve” and how to lead through this time of crisis to enable organizational survival and resilience
    • Understand unconscious bias and how to become an inclusive leader
    • Learn how to embrace true diversity and inclusion to drive positive organizational change


Cost: $300/person or $250 if registered by October 2, 2020

Stephanie Klatka, of the Klatka Consulting Group, is a Human Resources Professional with over 25 years of diverse human resources management experience in various industries including manufacturing, distribution, health care and higher education. Stephanie is an experienced C-Suite professional with extensive, practical hands-on experience working with leaders and employees on day to day human resources issues. Specializing in training and development, Stephanie has worked with clients in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding regions developing customized trainings programs for their workforce. She is a certified Senn Delaney facilitator specializing in culture shaping, as well as an Adjunct Instructor at DeSales University. In addition, she currently serves as the Executive Vice President of HR and Organizational Development at a local manufacturing facility. Stephanie has an MBA from Alvernia University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
