Lean Problem Solving – 2 Day Event

This Lean Problem Solving course with Tracey Richardson is a Two-Day training event which explores the importance of problem solving, the A3 Problem solving Methodology, and the role of standard work in creating stability.

Day 1 focuses on the cornerstone role of problem solving within Lean environments and the relationships between purpose, process and people.   Toyota’s eight step (A3) problem solving methodology using PDCA (plan-do-check-act) principles is presented as a systematic approach to real time problem solving.

Day 2 is spent applying the A3 problem methodology on real enterprise processes.  Participants will work in teams on pre-selected problems at a host facility.

This class is taught by nationally renowned, former Toyota Manager, Tracey Richardson.

Cost:  $990/person —  $850/person  if 3 or more employees

Also, MRC must be notified two weeks in advance of this event if you need to cancel, otherwise we can only grant a credit to another MRC event. Presenters give us cancellation deadlines also, otherwise we forfeit fees, as well. Remember, you can also send a substitute.  Thank you.
