This Maintenance Roundtable presentation will explore the criteria you need to consider when implementing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).  A CMMS is like accounting software for your maintenance function in that it helps you plan for business success by optimizing how you manage your equipment and the time, tools, labor and materials you need to do so.  Additionally, it can help drive metrics that can identify areas to improve or to capitalize on.  Not all software packages are suitable for every enterprise, so come and discuss your operations to determine what you should look for to suit your needs.  Numerous packages and experiences with them will be compared and contrasted, and a set of criteria for consideration will be discussed in this discussion.

Registration is required
