This five half-day Supervisor Training development program for supervisors and team leaders teaches essential skills for leading others in the workplace. Learn the difference between “Coaching vs. Training.” This training will help you develop self-confidence and to look at common supervisor mistakes and how to avoid them. You will also learn about establishing credibility.

Wendy worked as an adjunct instructor in the Leadership and Workforce Development Department at Lehigh Carbon Community College for the last 25 years specializing in leadership and customer service training. Wendy is also an entrepreneur, creating, owning and operating an educational children’s museum for 4 years and co-owning an ice cream retail and wholesale business with her husband for the last 30 years. Wendy earned her B.S. degree in Marketing from Oral Roberts University, and she earned her TWI Job Instruction Training Certification from the TWI Institute.
Wendy’s passion is making a difference in the lives of others and the secret to her success is her ability to understand the needs of others and meet them in a creative form of edutainment.
Note: All registration fees must be received in advance of the date of your event. MRC must be notified of cancellations two weeks prior to the event, otherwise we can only grant a credit to another MRC event. Persons who do not show or notify us in advance will forfeit any credit.
