MRC transforms supervisors into leaders through a series of classroom and hands-on modules that cover 10 key supervisory skills. Supervisor Boot Camp | Leadership Fundamentals, a five half-day development program, teaches practical, relevant, and easy-to-apply skills for all levels of supervisors. Participants are held accountable for their learning and challenged to apply each topic in their own workplace. Regardless of job title or position, participants are equipped with a repertoire of fundamental leadership skills to effectively lead others.

Instructor | Stephanie Klatka | MRC – Leadership Development Instructor
Stephanie Klatka is a Human Resources Professional with over 25 years of diverse human resources management experience in various industries including manufacturing, distribution, health care, and higher education. Stephanie is an experienced C-Suite professional with extensive, practical hands-on experience working with leaders and employees on day-to-day human resources issues. Specializing in training and development, Stephanie has worked with clients in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding regions developing customized trainings programs for their workforce. She is a certified Senn Delaney facilitator specializing in culture shaping, as well as an Adjunct Instructor at DeSales University. In addition, she currently serves as the Executive Vice President of HR and Organizational Development at a local manufacturing facility.
Stephanie has an MBA from Alvernia University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Note: All registration fees must be received in advance of the date of your event. MRC must be notified two weeks in advance of this event if you need to cancel, otherwise we can only grant a credit to another MRC event. Remember, you can also send a substitute.
