In the last five years, wellness/well-being has transitioned from a benefit that’s “nice to offer” to an integral part of a company’s healthcare program. We will discuss how employers can lower the risk of their employee population, as well as what a successful well-being program looks like. We will discuss the difference between wellness and well-being and why having a well-being program is a critical part of your approach to healthcare, especially if your plan is self-insured, or partially self-insured. A Well-being Program doesn’t have to cost a lot of money or take up a lot of your time and will result in employees that are healthier, more productive and more engaged.
Target Audience: CEO, CFO, HR Directors
Cost: No cost, but registration is required. This event is made possible thanks to funding assistance through the MEP National Emergency Assistance Program.
