Job Instruction includes effective methods to help employees quickly remember how to do a job. JI createsa standard training process that goes beyond simply “telling and showing” them.  Through TWI Job (JI) Instruction, MRC offers a dynamic program of hands-on learning and practice, imparting essential skills for supervisors, team leaders, and anyone who directs the work of others. Job Instruction training is designed to develop basic stability of your processes (Standard Work). This course teaches the method to instruct an operator how to perform a job correctly, safely and conscientiously.

About Angie Bove – Angie brings office management, customer service, training, human resources and curriculum development expertise to MRC.  Her 20 years of experience comes from public utility, call centers and manufacturing.  Angie’s areas of focus include customer service training, leadership development, leveraging human capital, internal skills development and training workshop facilitator. Angie received her Associates in Business Management from Northampton Area Community College and a B.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology at DeSales University.  She is certified with Potential Plus Leadership Core, certified as an Organizational Engineer through the Organizational Engineering Institute, completed Advanced Instructional Design through Langevin Training Services, obtained a 30-hour OSHA General Industry Safety and Health card, is a Dale Carnegie graduate, a certified trainer with AchieveGlobal and a certified Training-Within-Industry (TWI) Job Instruction (JI) trainer through the TWI Institute.

Note:  All registration fees must be received in advance of the date of your event.  MRC must be notified of cancellations two weeks prior to the event, otherwise we can only grant a credit to another MRC event. Persons who do not show or notify us in advance will forfeit any credit. Remember, you can also send a substitute.  Thank you.
