Job Instruction includes effective methods to help employees quickly remember how to do a job. JI createsa standard training process that goes beyond simply “telling and showing” them.  Through TWI Job (JI) Instruction, MRC offers a dynamic program of hands-on learning and practice, imparting essential skills for supervisors, team leaders, and anyone who directs the work of others. Job Instruction training is designed to develop basic stability of your processes (Standard Work). This course teaches the method to instruct an operator how to perform a job correctly, safely and conscientiously.

About Eric MacDonald – Eric joined Catalyst Connection, in 2013 as a Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant. Prior to joining Catalyst Connection, Eric has had 22 years experience in senior positions in the manufacturing sector including: electronics, medical, beverages, construction and plastics. He is accomplished in problem solving, lean principles, productivity and standardizing processes. His expertise in these areas has been a welcome addition to the Catalyst Connection team. Eric has a BS in Industrial Technology from California University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from Waynesburg University. He holds certifications in Practical Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping and Lean Kaizen event facilitation.

Note:  All registration fees must be received in advance of the date of your event.  MRC must be notified of cancellations two weeks prior to the event, otherwise we can only grant a credit to another MRC event. Persons who do not show or notify us in advance will forfeit any credit. Remember, you can also send a substitute.  Thank you.
