Angie, Strategy Manager/Training & Development, brings HR experience, office management, training and curriculum development expertise to MRC’s Operational Excellence program.
Angie is well-known to MRC clients as the first person to contact for Lean Manufacturing training and development initiatives. As a Corporate Trainer, Angie is also skilled in developing custom training programs pertaining to customer service, conflict management, problem solving, leadership, and team work. She also knows how to manage sales training and development, as well.
Angie is a Corporate Trainer and shares with MRC clients nearly 20 years of training and development experience with various industries.
Angie is a Certified Achieve Global Trainer, a Certified Organizational Engineer though the Organizational Engineering Institute and a Certified Advanced Instructional Designer through Langevin. She is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course and has 30 hours of OSHA General Industry Safety and Health education. Angie is also a member of the American Society for Training & Development and the Society for Human Resource Management.
Angie earned an A.A. in Business Administration from Northampton Community College, then went on to earn her B.A. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DeSales University.
