MRC’s Manager Essentials program is designed to provide mid-level managers with the tools and skills necessary to effectively lead and manage teams.

Manager EssentialsWe offer a unique blend of classroom training and hands-on practice sessions in a simulated manufacturing environment to ensure that participants are equipped to handle the challenges of real-world management situations.

Through the use of the Everything DiSC Management Profile, participants will gain a deeper understanding of their own management style and how it impacts their ability to communicate, delegate, and lead others. This profile allows individuals to understand their natural tendencies in the workplace and how to adapt their approach to best suit the needs of those they manage and report to.

In addition to the Everything DiSC Management Profile, the Manager Essentials program covers a wide range of topics that are essential for successful mid-level management.

The hands-on practice sessions in a simulated manufacturing environment are a unique and valuable aspect of this program. Participants will have the opportunity to lead teams through various challenges, including production delays, material shortages, quality issues, performance problems, and departmental conflicts. This practical experience will help participants develop and refine their leadership skills in a safe and controlled environment.

Upon completion of the Manager Essentials program, participants will return to their organizations with a new set of skills and tools to effect positive change. They will be better equipped to manage and lead their teams, communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
