MRC Announces New Training & Development Strategy Manager, Wendy Beltzner

Greater Lehigh Valley, PA – The Manufacturers Resource Center (MRC) is pleased to formally announce today that Wendy Beltzner of Danielsville, PA has joined the staff of MRC as Strategy Manager, Training & Development. “Wendy’s role at MRC is training and coaching in business-critical Interpersonal Skills Development and conducting our Supervisor Bootcamps to help every supervisor realize and optimize their potential,” says Rich Hobbs, President & CEO of MRC.
MRC’s Supervisor Skills Development Courses provide first-level managers, team leaders, group leaders, and others with many of the leadership and communication tools needed to handle the increasingly complex performance issues found in today’s organizations. With her vast experience in leadership development, she will also be creating curriculum for teaching manager essentials for mid-level managers. “We are very pleased that Wendy has joined the MRC Team,” says Rich.
Wendy worked as an Adjunct Instructor in the Leadership and Workforce Development Department at Lehigh Carbon Community College for the last 25 years specializing in leadership and customer service training. In that role, she created and facilitated leadership, customer service and interpersonal skills training programs for Lehigh Valley companies.
She worked with companies from all industries represented throughout Northampton, Lehigh, and Carbon counties. She previously worked for Fortune 500 service giants such as IBM and Manpower Inc., advancing her career from entry-level through various levels of management. Wendy is also an entrepreneur. She created, owned, and operated the Lehigh Valley’s first children’s museum designed with an emphasis on soft skills education. She has also co-owned an award-winning, ice cream retail and wholesale business with her husband for the last 30 years. Wendy earned her B.S. degree in Marketing from Oral Roberts University.
