Allentown, PA – Manufacturers Resource Center (MRC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mitchell Roedema of Nazareth, PA, as Leadership Development & Training Strategy Manager. With a strong background in leadership development, Mitchell brings a collaborative, people-first approach to empower teams and enhance workplace performance.

In her new role, Mitchell will design and implement learning programs focused on growth, leadership, and performance, tailored to meet the diverse needs of MRC’s clients. A key focus of her work will be to develop and support MRC’s existing leadership development courses, which include introducing courses in Spanish. By expanding the reach of these programs, Mitchell will help foster a more versatile and skilled workforce, enabling manufacturers to connect with and develop talent from varied backgrounds. Her ability to bridge theory and practice ensures professional development is both relevant and inspiring.

Mitchell holds a Certificate in Creating Leadership Development Programs from the Association for Talent Development, as well as credentials in Learning & Development and Human Resources from HRCI and Udemy. Her innovative approach and dedication to driving meaningful change will further MRC’s efforts to support small and mid-sized manufacturers in Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, Schuylkill, and Carbon counties.
