Deborah Smalley Appointed to Manufacturers Resource Center Board of Directors, Financial executive to serve on MRC’s Finance Committee bringing decades of manufacturing and financial leadership.

ALLENTOWN, PA – Manufacturers Resource Center (MRC) today announced the appointment of Deborah S. Smalley, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Precision Roll Grinders, to its Board of Directors. Smalley will also serve on MRC’s Finance Committee, where she will provide strategic financial oversight and support the organization’s continued growth and its mission to strengthen regional manufacturers.

With years of financial leadership experience, Smalley brings extensive expertise in financial management, corporate governance, risk management, and manufacturing operations. Her experience will further strengthen MRC’s commitment to serving manufacturers through sound governance and industry leadership.

As Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Precision Roll Grinders, Smalley manages all the organization’s financial functions, including risk management, cash management, investment decisions and financial planning. Smalley is also responsible for developing internal control policies, guidelines and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting for the company’s four sites.

Prior to joining Precision Roll Grinders, Smalley held finance leadership positions with BlueTriton Brands (formerly Nestlé Waters North America), Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Bear Creek Mountain Resort, Sailer Stone & Stucco, L.P., and the Diocese of Allentown. She also served as an adjunct professor at Northampton Community College.

A native of Allentown and graduate of Dieruff High School, Smalley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DeSales University and a Master of Business Administration from Kutztown University. She resides in Kempton, Pennsylvania. Active in community service, she serves as a mentor and steering committee member for First Strides, Allentown and has held leadership roles with the Minsi Trails Council of the Boy Scouts of America and Women in the Outdoors, Lehigh Valley. An accomplished endurance athlete, she also competes in Ironman triathlons.

MRC’s Board of Directors is composed of manufacturing and business leaders who provide strategic guidance to advance the organization’s mission of strengthening the competitiveness of manufacturers throughout the Greater Lehigh Valley and surrounding region.
