Frank McHughFrank McHugh | Co-Founder | WORKFORM

Frank McHugh is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and co-founder of WORKFORM, a company dedicated to helping organizations improve workforce health and performance. He earned his B.S. in Health & Exercise Science from Rowan University in 2020 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from DeSales University in 2023.
With firsthand experience in construction, landscaping, warehousing, and retail, Frank understands the physical demands faced by hard-working employees. After overcoming his own athletic and work-related injuries, including multiple knee surgeries and significant back injury, he developed a passion for educating others on movement, injury prevention, and sustainable performance.
