Lizette Dubacher is a Family Business Consultant at Compass Point Consulting. Lizette works with mid-size companies in the area and helps owners and leadership teams improve and grow their businesses as well as strengthen their families. Her professional background includes 20+ years of corporate experience, in which she held leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies in the Information Technology and Financial Services industries as Business Unit Leader, Corporate Strategy Manager and Head of Strategic Planning. This experience allows her to support senior leadership in setting a clear strategic vision and driving successful implementation through simplifying key issues and building consensus across diverse cross-functional teams. Lizette is currently a member of the Marketing Committee of the Historic Bethlehem Museum and Sites, a consultant with The Acceleration Project, a non-profit organization which provides strategic advice to underserved small minority-owned businesses and a certified SCORE Mentor. She lives in Bethlehem, PA with her husband and twin daughters. She loves yoga, reading and traveling around the world.

Cheryl Doll is a Family Business Consultant at Compass Point and works closely with owners and their leadership teams to build a strong foundation for continued success around the concepts of strategy, execution, leadership, talent, systems, profit, and core customer.During her two decades in higher education, her work gravitated to leadership, recruitment, retention and organizational development. Her career culminated in working with college presidents on strategic planning and the organizational improvements needed to adapt theirinstitutions to an ever-changing landscape. Growing up in both successful and unsuccessful family businesses, Cheryl decided to take her experience in strategic planning to help family businesses with growth, value, and succession. She has brought that experience to the family business environment to assist companies grow in a way that builds stronger families, better communities and supports future generations. When not at work, Cheryl enjoys hiking Lehigh Valley trails, live music, trying new breweries, weekends at the farmers market with her daughter, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
