Supervisor Bootcamp | Leadership Fundamentals, a five half-day development program, teaches practical, relevant, and easy-to-apply skills for all levels of supervisors. Participants are held accountable for their learning and challenged to apply each topic in their own workplace. Regardless of job title or position, participants are equipped with a repertoire of fundamental leadership skills to effectively lead others.

Meet Your Instructor

Craig Kasper | MRC –  Leadership Development Instructor

Craig KasperCraig has 35 plus years of leadership experience in developing high performance teams in business development, operations management and quality service delivery in companies ranging from 1 million to 25 billion in annual revenues. From establishing and growing his own leadership training and consulting company with a client list of over 300 companies, including on-site training presence for Proctor & Gamble’s largest plant world-wide in Northeast PA., to operating as an executive for a fortune 200 company (Manpower Group) the journey has included start-ups, raising capital, marketing, sales, customer service/retention, financial and operations management. Currently he’s operating his own company, MarketSmart 365 LLC, providing marketing and business consulting services.

Craig is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Wildlife/Resource Management and a Certified Trainer/Facilitator for leadership, executive management, supervision, sales, sales management, coaching, effective communication, DiSC personality profiles, time management, meeting effectiveness, problem solving, and personal effectiveness – skills which he affirms have been central to success – as he believes the key element in every leaders level of achievement is their ability for “developing the full potential of the team”!
