From establishing and growing his own leadership training and consulting company with a client list of over 300 companies, including on-site training presence for Proctor & Gamble’s largest plant world-wide in Northeast PA., to operating as an executive for a fortune 200 company (Manpower Group) the journey has included start-ups, raising capital, marketing, sales, customer service/retention, financial and operations management. Currently he’s operating his own company, MarketSmart 365 LLC, providing marketing and business consulting services.
