Gene Kaschak Joins the MRC Operational Excellence Team

ALLENTOWN, PA – The Manufacturers Resource Center (MRC) officially announced today that Gene Kaschak of Fogelsville, Pennsylvania, has joined the MRC Operational Excellence Team as a Strategy Manager and Lean Coach. Kaschak is an experienced continuous improvement professional who will assist in the design and delivery of Lean training, coaching, and implementation services for clients throughout MRC’s five county area consisting of Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, Carbon and Schuylkill counties.
“Gene brings to MRC a background in Lean Manufacturing and Lean Office Administration and Customer Process Improvements,” says Jack Pfunder, MRC President & CEO. “His expertise will enhance MRC’s Operational Excellence Team and benefit MRC clients from his change agent experience leading teams in process improvements throughout the enterprise.”
Prior to assisting MRC’s efforts, Gene was an Engineering Project Leader at Lutron Electronics. Throughout his career he also served in a variety of roles that include product development, manufacturing engineering, maintenance leadership, and information technology. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and a certificate in Leadership and Business Management from the Wescoe School of Muhlenberg College.
