In a resounding tribute to resilience, innovation, and unwavering commitment, MRC was thrilled to recognize that Kitchen Magic, a local gem in the manufacturing realm, was honored with the prestigious “Manufacturer of the Year” Award at the Lehigh Valley Manufacturing Forum held on October 3, 2023 at the Wind Creek Bethlehem.. This distinction holds special significance as it marks the inaugural year of our collaboration with the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce (GLVCC) and the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation (LVEDC).
Unfortunately, Brett Bacho, Kitchen Magic’s president was unable to attend to accept the award, but Brett did send along an acceptance video and his Continuous Improvement Director, James Mayers physically accepted the award in his absence.
What sets Kitchen Magic apart goes beyond the machinery and products—they embody the spirit of triumph in the face of adversity. Enduring a challenging three-month shutdown due to the global pandemic, Kitchen Magic not only weathered the storm but emerged stronger, a testament to their remarkable perseverance.
The decision to bestow this award upon Kitchen Magic was influenced by their steadfast commitment to the development of their people, an unwavering pursuit of operational excellence, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service. Their openness to embracing new technologies further underscores their forward-thinking approach, positioning them as industry trailblazers.
