LCCC program aims to jumpstart career paths

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) is introducing the Quickstart program, designed to help individuals quickly earn work credentials and enhance their career prospects. The program offers targeted courses in fields such as business management, electrical technology, health care, HVACR, teacher education, and visual arts. These courses are structured to develop or improve job-specific skills and set students on a path toward degree completion, with the potential to earn a bachelor’s degree for expanded career opportunities.
Quickstart programs are designed to be completed within one or two semesters, equipping students with the qualifications needed for entry-level positions in their chosen careers. While courses are packaged for full-time students, LCCC advisors are available to help customize schedules. Classes begin on August 26 and are available at the Schnecksville campus, Allentown and Tamaqua sites, and online. Read the full article here.
