A recent Kentucky Tour:  Lean Culture Immersion | Go, See, and Learn at the Original Gemba, organized by Gene Kaschak of the Manufacturers Resource Center (MRC), brought together 32 leaders from prominent Lehigh Valley companies like Crayola, Victaulic, East Penn Manufacturing, Bosch Rexroth, and smaller agile companies alike. The opportunity to witness firsthand the real-world applications of these methodologies energized participants to implement similar practices within their own companies, strengthening local industry competitiveness.
