Manufacturers Resource Center Announces New Website Launch
New Content, Appealing Visuals, and Simplified Navigation
Engages the User Journey
Allentown, PA – The Manufacturers Resource Center (MRC) announces today the launch of their new website at www.mrcpa.org to showcase their wide-ranging capabilities that enhance the productivity and technological performance of manufacturers. The site was transformed to centralize business information in one place and to enhance functionality to improve the user experience. The new website is well arranged with an intuitive layout throughout. Crisp images and graphics are strategically placed to illustrate key subjects. The site has new features with more content that includes a Video Library and Webinars On-Demand. Soon a blog will be added: Manufacturing Insights – Technology and Trends with information of special interest to manufacturers.
“We wanted our new website to be responsive for visitors on all their electronic devices using the latest web technologies,” says Rich Hobbs, President & CEO of MRC. “We focused on the needs of manufacturers and ease of access to contact us. This new platform is designed well to provide valuable content and engage visitors. It was a big undertaking, but the results will improve e-commerce digital marketing as we showcase our custom solutions, resource capabilities, and increase brand awareness.”
While MRC is well-known for its comprehensive public training and certification courses, the new website strategically emphasizes MRC’s scope of Customized Solutions that challenge manufacturing CEOs and management executives. MRC Custom Solutions are now listed under FIVE (5) categories that include Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Leadership, Lean Coaching and Facilitation, Market Intelligence, and Strategic Coaching. Under these five topics visitors will find a total of thirty-three (33) current services that link to content that explains each MRC capability with a Contact Us feature to reach out 24/7 for additional information, answers to questions, or customized assistance.
The site concept was a joint effort of the Senior Management and Marketing Teams. MRC’s Liz Wildman, Program Manager, Digital Media & Marketing, managed the project and Tim Feather of 110 Front Communications of Springtown, PA created the architecture and implemented the design.
