Differences in dialect, phrasing, and communication habits can lead to confusion, errors, and inconsistent performance, especially when employees are expected to guide or support others on the job.
Clear Communication for Effective Training is a one-day, interactive program delivered entirely in Spanish and designed for Spanish-speaking employees who support, guide, and train others in the workplace. This course focuses on building intentional communication skills that ensure instructions are clearly understood before, during, and after training takes place. Participants learn how to simplify explanations, structure work in a logical way, and adjust communication styles to meet the needs of different learners across Spanish-speaking backgrounds. Practical tools such as VARK learning styles, task breakdown methods, and real-time feedback strategies are introduced to improve clarity and reduce misinterpretation.
Through hands-on exercises and application-based practice, participants build confidence in their ability to communicate work effectively in Spanish, reinforce expectations, and support others in real-world situations. The result is stronger alignment, improved consistency, and more effective on-the-job training.

Comunicación Clara para una Capacitación Efectiva es un programa interactivo de un día impartido completamente en español, diseñado para empleados hispanohablantes que apoyan, guían o capacitan a otros en el lugar de trabajo. Este curso se enfoca en desarrollar habilidades de comunicación intencional para asegurar que las instrucciones se entiendan con claridad antes, durante y después de la capacitación. Los participantes aprenderán a simplificar la manera en que explican el trabajo, organizar tareas de forma lógica y ajustar su comunicación según la persona y su forma de aprender, considerando las diferentes maneras en que se habla español. También se presentan herramientas prácticas como los estilos de aprendizaje VARK, cómo desglosar tareas y cómo confirmar el entendimiento en el momento.
