Event Location:

Most performance gaps don’t come from a lack of effort, they come from a lack of visibility, alignment, and daily accountability

This one-day workshop introduces a practical approach to Lean Daily Management (LDM), showing how organizations can create consistent routines that connect daily work to operational goals and continuous improvement.

Participants will learn how to design and implement effective daily management systems that make performance visible, problems obvious, and action immediate. The focus is on creating structure without adding bureaucracy, using visual controls, standard work for leaders, and tiered communication routines to drive engagement at every level of the organization.

Through real-world examples and hands-on exercises, attendees will explore how to establish effective daily huddles, build meaningful performance boards, and define key metrics that actually drive behavior and results. Emphasis is placed on shifting from reactive management to proactive problem solving by making issues visible early and responding with discipline.

The workshop also connects Lean Daily Management to broader continuous improvement efforts, reinforcing how PDCA thinking and structured problem solving become embedded in daily routines. Participants will leave with a practical framework to improve communication, strengthen accountability, and create a culture where performance is managed, not assumed.

By the end of the session, attendees will understand how to build and sustain a daily management system that supports operational stability, improves team alignment, and accelerates problem resolution across the organization.
