MRC transforms supervisors into leaders through a series of classroom and hands-on modules that cover key supervisory skills.
Supervisor Bootcamp | Leadership Fundamentals, a five half-day development program, teaches practical, relevant, and easy-to-apply skills for all levels of supervisors. Participants are held accountable for their learning and challenged to apply each topic in their own workplace. Regardless of job title or position, participants are equipped with a repertoire of fundamental leadership skills to effectively lead others.
