MRC transforms supervisors into leaders through a series of classroom and hands-on modules that cover 10 key supervisory skills.

Supervisor Bootcamp | Leadership Fundamentals, a five half-day development program, teaches practical, relevant, and easy-to-apply skills for all levels of supervisors. Participants are held accountable for their learning and challenged to apply each topic in their own workplace. Regardless of job title or position, participants are equipped with a repertoire of fundamental leadership skills to effectively lead others.

Meet Your Instructors 

Wendy Beltzner | MRC – Sr. Director, Leadership Development and Training Strategy

Wendy BeltznerWendy has over 25 years of experience in training and curriculum development, specializing in leadership and customer service with companies across Northampton, Lehigh, and Carbon counties. She previously worked for Fortune 500 giants like IBM and Manpower Inc., advancing her career from entry-level through management. Wendy is also an entrepreneur, having created the Lehigh Valley’s first children’s museum focused on soft skills education, and she co-owns an award-winning ice cream retail and wholesale business with her husband. Wendy earned her B.S. in Marketing from Oral Roberts University, is a Certified TWI Job Instruction Trainer, a Certified Everything DiSC Practitioner, a Certified Five Behaviors Practitioner, a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, and holds a Servant Leadership Certificate. She is also a 2024-2025 member of ATD.

 

Craig Kasper | MRC –  Leadership Development Instructor

Craig KasperCraig has 35 plus years of leadership experience in developing high performance teams in business development, operations management and quality service delivery in companies ranging from 1 million to 25 billion in annual revenues. From establishing and growing his own leadership training and consulting company with a client list of over 300 companies, including on-site training presence for Proctor & Gamble’s largest plant world-wide in Northeast PA., to operating as an executive for a fortune 200 company (Manpower Group) the journey has included start-ups, raising capital, marketing, sales, customer service/retention, financial and operations management. Currently he’s operating his own company, MarketSmart 365 LLC, providing marketing and business consulting services.

Craig is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Wildlife/Resource Management and a Certified Trainer/Facilitator for leadership, executive management, supervision, sales, sales management, coaching, effective communication, DiSC personality profiles, time management, meeting effectiveness, problem solving, cultural diversity and personal effectiveness – skills which he affirms have been central to success – as he believes the key element in every leaders level of achievement is their ability for “developing the full potential of the team”!

Janelle Rabenold | MRC – Director, Leadership Development and Training Strategy

Janelle brings a wealth of Leadership and Organizational Development experience to MRC’s Operational Excellence Program.

As an accomplished professional with over 15 years of dedicated experience in Organizational Development, Janelle excels in guiding individuals and teams toward achieving their personal and business objectives, leveraging her expertise in leadership and talent development. She has earned a reputation as a trusted partner, coach, and facilitator, fostering growth and success for both colleagues and clients alike. 

Janelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Albright College, and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management & Learning and Performance Management from Moravian University. She is extensively certified in various assessment tools and methodologies, including Everything DiSC, MBTI, CPI, TKI, FIRO-B, Watson Glaser, Belbin Team Roles, Human Synergistics Organizational Culture Inventory, Situational Leadership, Mentors 2100, Prosci Change Management, Development Dimensions International (DDI), Phillips ROI Methodology, Caliper Profile, reflecting her commitment to utilizing cutting-edge techniques in her profession.
