Janelle brings over 15 years of leadership and organizational development experience to MRC’s Leadership Development Program. A trusted coach, facilitator, and partner, she helps individuals and teams achieve personal and business success through her expertise in leadership and talent development. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Albright College, an M.S. in Human Resource Management and Learning & Performance Management from Moravian University, and is a Certified Everything DiSC Practitioner.
