The program’s main focus areas include Adult Learning, Work Behavioral Styles, Communication, Coaching, and TWI Job Instruction. During the training, participants will learn about the characteristics of adult learners, how adults learn, and the Pygmalion Effect’s impact on performance. They will also discover how their work behavioral style impacts the learner, how to adapt to trainees’ different styles, and learn effective communication skills, including questioning and critical active listening skills.

This interactive experience equips trainers with skills to handle difficult behaviors, resolve conflicts, and create a positive learning environment. Training is also provided on coaching, including different coaching styles and their most appropriate use. Finally, we offer TWI Job Instruction training, covering production and problems, training needs, faulty instruction, and four steps for instruction.

Our methodology involves onsite training sessions, where our experts will design and deliver Train the Trainer training to supervisors. By the end of the program, participants will have the necessary tools and techniques to create an effective onboarding experience for new hires.
